Casa Colonial, Cozumel has evolved into a World Class Boutique Resort over the years since first built in 2000. Just as you might expect from other destination resorts around the world.

Housed inside of the Pavilion (see pictures below) is a Uniquely Traditional Mexican kitchen. This is where you will find Chef Gaby! Along with her experienced team of Hospitality Experts, they are busy at work preparing the most amazing treats for your culinary adventure!
